Hero Siege party fighting through a generated combat zone
01

Before calling a quest bugged

  1. 01Open the Adventure Journal and read the active objective verbatim.
  2. 02Confirm difficulty, act and whether the preceding main quest is complete.
  3. 03Reset the zone only after checking that the target is not a side area or interactable.
  4. 04If multiplayer state differs, compare the host and joining player journals.
  5. 05Capture the quest name, patch, difficulty and screenshot before reporting a blocker.

FIELD NOTE

Focused guides preserve uncertainty where the current official patch notes do not document a quest step.

Season 10 progression anchor

The official Ebontharn announcement makes the current late-campaign anchor explicit: Act 9 unlocks after Odin is defeated in Act 8. Act 8 is now part of the base game and sits in the natural progression route.

Nightmare retains Normal waypoints in Season 10. That reduces repeated travel, but it does not mean every quest state carries automatically; follow the live journal for the next objective.

Questions players ask

Why is a Hero Siege quest marker missing?

The most common checks are difficulty, prerequisite completion, current journal state, side-area entrances and multiplayer host progression. A missing marker is not proof of one universal bug.

Does Hero Siege Helper list every quest?

Not yet. It prioritizes repeatedly searched blockers and only publishes details with a clear evidence label.
