Act 8は通常進行の一部になり、Odin撃破でAct 9が開放されます。Normalで開けたウェイポイントはNightmareでも利用できます。

Ebontharn本編、サブエリア、Phantom Leviathan、Captain Grimtide、Blood Maidenの3体のUberボスが追加されました。

Ether、Incarnation、マーケットフィルター、エリア生成が大きく変わっています。シーズン9の画像をそのまま写さず、現行画面を読み直してください。

Defeat Odin in Act 8; the official Season 10 announcement identifies that as the Act 9 unlock.

Is Act 8 paid DLC in Season 10?

No. The official update states that Act 8 moved into the base game and natural progression.
